An attorney comes out of retirement to defend a prominent doctor, who has been accused of the mercy killing of his wife.

She meets Julia (78), who is in a serious condition on the ward. Timi tries to do everything she can to help Julia, but she no longer wants help, she just wants to end her suffering.
