Completed in May 1984 after about 2 years of production. Total number of drawings: approximately 2,000. The work is full of passion for depicting the action of beautiful girls and effects such as explosions and rock splitting, and is a tour de force in terms of drawing and backgrounds, as well as experimenting with filming techniques such as double exposure, transmitted and incidental light, etc. The story, however, is forced, or should not be considered in depth.The extras include some of the settings and moving images, some of the lost cuts, test and play videos, doodles, etc. As the extras, it was introduced in the Dec 83 issue of the animation-related magazine Fan Road

They receive him with great understanding and sympathy but cannot find the key to his heart. Torn out of his natural environment and left bewilderingly rootless, this good man cannot adapt himself to the urban way of life. He does not like the mayonnaise he is offered, does not know how to use the lift. The people hurrying in the streets seem to him indifferent, and some even sly and deceitful. He sees the city as a place full of hostile people and inanimate objects. He badly misses the warm human touch of his village. Death is the only possible solution to the tragic conflict of this peasant, crucified between the archaic and the modern, and unable to adapt to the urban lifestyle.

Jazz, dreams, and hope. The protagonist of the film is Wiesław Mrzygłód, a musician and artist. He has an extraordinarily positive attitude to the world, life, and music. In the 1980s, together with the Old Dixieland Players, he played at the most important jazz events in Poland and Europe. Despite doctors' opinions, he says, "Someday, I will play again." He refuses to give up. The film was made using analog and combined techniques, based on drawing using oil pastels, prints, and re-filming methods.
