Chef Rick Stein takes a light-hearted look at the role that food played in the creation of Italian opera and shows how music and food are intrinsically linked in Italy. He draws parallels between cooking and composing, noting how both involve the skilful combination of ingredients and how they share the common purpose of bringing pleasure to many. Rick also explains why he thinks the music of Verdi, Rossini and Puccini are linked to the food of the regions where they lived and worked.

Struggling with the trauma of his own experience, Zach began an endeavor to amplify and empower the voices of survivors, and expose the practices of conversion therapy. “Conversion“ takes us on the cinematic and personal journeys of 5 survivors from the US and Canada as they move through the mental and physical harms of conversion therapy, and find the hope and strength to fight against it.

Filmed in September 1993, this documentary is about young boys starting boarding prep school. It features Nick Duffell of Boarding School Survivors talking about surviving boarding school and his work with former boarders. It is the earliest example of a TV documentary about “modern” boarding, and was for many the first impetus to recognise and seek help to overcome the legacies of the boarding experience.
