The story explores the basic nature of cruelty and love in human nature through the lives of four individuals John David (Mohanlal), Anantharaman (Anoop Menon), Raghuchandran (Pratap Pothan) and Kuruvila Mathew (Atul Kulkarni).

Allu, Omar, and Surya are three close friends who go for a journey with a special aim. In an accident they are saved by Zacharia who seems to have a different personality. There the three friends come across a beautiful girl named Sicily Thomas who seems to have many secrets. They all were attracted to Sicily. It is at this time that two police officers, ACP Zakeer Ali and CI Koshy, reach the bungalow in search of Allu, Omar, and Surya. The following investigative events are narrated in a suspense filled way in ‘Gamer’. ‘Gamer’ is written and directed by debutante M R Anoop Raj. Devadevan, Arjun, and Basil do the roles of the three friends.
