In the early 90s, a company of young artists discovered the possibilities of video. Unlike film, which was expensive and required complex development, the video could be viewed immediately. Before that, in the history of mankind, it was impossible to get your copy (media copy) so quickly. They filmed everything in a row: their art events, parties, just life. Sometimes they became the heroes of TV reports, so that their lives and destinies are intertwined in the media space with what is happening in the country and the world, creating an endless meta film. This is the story of the Great Digital Revolution of the 90s, which forever changed our heroes and the whole world.

In France, Germany, England and the United States, scientists and whistleblowers have embarked on a vertiginous hunt to find the oil and gas wells abandoned by the oil industry. What they reveal is staggering: between 20 and 30 million wells are left behind on all continents. An infinity of leaks that constitute the ghostly legacy of the global oil exploitation history. For most of them, these old drillings have not been plugged and are leaking into the seabed, underground or into the atmosphere – dangerous materials for the environment and for our health: oil, but also methane gas with a very strong greenhouse effect or underground substances loaded with toxic substances.

Cristo is the first feature film directed and produced by Margarita Alexandre and Rafael Torrecilla. Evoking the work of Luciano Emmer, this art documentary tells the story of the life of Jesus using only Spanish paintings. In close harmony with the montage, the photographic technique used by Juan Mariné for the filming gives movement to the paintings by Titian, El Greco and Rubens, while the presence of the voices of Fernando Rey, José María Seoane, María Jesús Valdés and other actors of the period give the characters a sense of entity. The film received the category of National Interest from the Censorship Board, undoubtedly more inspired by the film’s exaltation of the national artistic heritage and its religious subject matter than by its artistic aspirations.

Alain Souchon has never been able to be as it should be and that has long saddened him. His failures in the baccalaureate and in the competitions to become a steward or postman opened up another path for him. Inspired by the music of Laurent Voulzy, he used the words that floated in his head and became the poet of life. This mixture of sweet melancholy and humor, his imagination and his sense of observation, this strong bond with the public have given him, in fifty years of career, a special place in the French musical landscape. It is his story and his repertoire filled with hits that his relatives, friends and musicians reveal here, including his sons Pierre and Charles, Laurent Voulzy, Michel Jonasz, Louis Chedid, Thierry Lhermitte, but also Jane Birkin, Vincent Delerm and Edward Baer.
